My career that began in 1985 has included work for a full service brokerage (Colliers International), a national office park developer (Koger Properties) and exclusively representing end users of commercial real estate (Tenants & Buyers) since 2000, Jerry Johnson brings a unique skillset to assist clients in the development of their workspace acquisition. The experience acquired in multifaceted, large budget, complicated transactions, provides an in depth knowledge of the market, providing the tactical design needed in lease procurement, long term objectives and purchases. Previous engagements include representation of small business, multinational corporations and private investors. The scope of work has included local and national representation to secure office, technology, medical, manufacturing, industrial and retail locations.
